Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions are standard for all competitions unless otherwise listed.

Terms and conditions

  1. The prize is as stated and no cash in lieu or alternative will be offered.
  2. Employees and their immediate families of Homes Magazine Ltd, or the prize givers are not eligible to enter.
  3. The winner will be notified by post, telephone or email.
  4. The winner will be the first or other applicable number, correct entry drawn at random after the closing date.
  5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  6. The winner may be required to take part in publicity, including the taking and publishing of photographs within Homes Magazine and it is a condition of entering that in order to win the prize you must agree to participating in any publicity required in order to win the prize.
  7. Proof of posting is not regarded as receipt of entry.
  8. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK.
  9. Entry to the competition is free.
  10. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries.
  11. Damaged or defaced entries will be disqualified.
  12. No correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The Judges decision is final and no negotiation may be entered into.
  14. Homes Magazine Ltd accepts no responsibility for the provision of the prize, which remains at all times the full responsibility of the prize giver unless otherwise stated.
