The site in Saxonhurst Road is now really taking shape thanks to the run of fair weather over the past couple of months.

Frames were constructed in order to create openings for all windows, doors and the garage. These acted as a template ready for block work that was completed around them. Highly efficient insulation was fitted and cavity walls were constructed which will ultimately contribute to an energy saving home.

Scaffolding also went up in order to put beams in place for the first floor; steel supports have been used to support the weight of the upper floor.

Around the site boundary, retaining walls have been constructed due to level differences between our site and the neighbouring properties. These will later become part of the landscaping scheme and will be rendered and painted.

The designs for the roofs have been sent to Truss Manufacturers who will shortly be delivering the trusses for the roofs to the site for assembly.

Trident Homes trademark attention to detail means the internal specification for these homes, which is currently being chosen promises to be of the highest quality with many special finishing touches.

The properties will soon be water tight and available for viewing. Should you require any further information on this development or to request a brochure please call 01202 201160 or contact us through our website www.tridenthomes.co.uk.
